Function and Features
TK1000 is the patented products with independent intellectual property. It contains 7 national patents and is designed to clean various impurities in sunflower seeds (including big impurities and small impurities, impurities with almost the same volume and weight compared with raw materials, heavy impurities, light impurities and empty seeds), to hull, remove shells, separate and re-separate. The unhulled seeds will be returned to the huller for 2nd round of hulling automatically, thus the automation degree has been greatly improved. The equipment features low electricity consumption, compact structure, minimum space occupation, low loss of seeds and kernels, automatic feeding of unhulled seeds, easy operation and maintenance. It is well recognized to be the most optimum equipment for sunflower seeds cleaning, hulling and separating in the world

TFH-150 is the patented products with independent intellectual property. The distinguished characteristic of this equipment is that there is no need to grade the raw materials into more grades, only the AA grade need to be graded into 2 grades and processed separately. Furthermore, there is no need to separate the kernels from seeds by sieves any more, but the positive-pressure separator. Therefore, the process has been simplified and the automatization degree and efficiency have been improved greatly.
