Equipment Description
This two-roller machine meets all international requirements for this class of equipment. Designed for flaking (processing into flakes) soybeans, sunflower seeds, rapeseed, cotton seeds, peanuts, almonds, walnuts and other oil-bearing materials.
Distinguished by high productivity, minimum energy consumption, low noise level, the final product has a uniform structure.
Installed, in particular, before the expander, in the soybean preparation workshop for extraction.
Design Features
- Roller bearings have square mounting sockets, ensuring their stable and reliable operation, as well as lower noise level.
- Unique design allows direct adjustment of chip thickness. The machine has a reliable roller collision prevention function.
- If necessary, combined operation of two rollers can be used: leveling and toothed for more uniform material feeding, which in turn is controlled by a frequency converter.
- Rollers - made of centrifugally cast iron. Through-shaft assembly technology is applied.
- Hydraulic section is automatically controlled by a small PLC.
- The machine is equipped with an automatic bearing puller, ensuring their quick removal.
